Rule 1 – Short Adverbs (fast, hard, late, early)

Structure: Subject + Verb + Adverb + -er + than + Object

Examples

1. He runs faster than me. (वह मुझसे तेज दौड़ता है।)
2. She works harder than her brother. (वह अपने भाई से अधिक मेहनत करती है।)
3. I arrived earlier than you. (मैं तुमसे पहले पहुँचा।)

6. She finished sooner than me. (उसने मुझसे जल्दी खत्म किया।)

Structure: Subject + Verb + more + Adverb + than + Object

4. He drives more carefully than his brother. (वह अपने भाई से सावधानी से गाड़ी चलाता है।)
5. She writes more neatly than her sister. (वह अपनी बहन से साफ-सुथरा लिखती है।)
6. He behaves more politely than anyone else. (वह किसी से अधिक विनम्र व्यवहार करता है।)
7. She dances more gracefully than her friend. (वह अपने दोस्त से सुंदर नाचती है।)
8. He explains more clearly than his teacher. (वह अपने शिक्षक से स्पष्ट समझाता है।)
