• Used for actions happening right now, ongoing actions at the present time, temporary situations, and future arrangements.
• Structure: Subject + am / is / are + verb + ing + object.
• Am → with I
• Is → with he, she, it, singular nouns
• Are → with you, we, they, plural nouns
• Negative: Subject + am not / is not / are not + verb+ing.
• Interrogative: Am / Is / Are + subject + verb+ing + object?
